The staff were extremely nice. The rooms were decent. Showers and hot water was amazing! Parking was/is $27 a night, its not valet and there was no parking spaces.

The hotel is beautiful, however not very functional unless you are a solo traveler. The bathroom is a small glass box that you can hear/see everything through, which is not ideal when someone else is in the room. The shower floods across the whole bathroom floor because there is no door separating the shower and toilet, so you will be standing in a puddle when using the restroom unless you dry it up. Also extremely disappointed in the actual check in process. We arrived earlier in the day and inquired about early check in, to which the staff at the desk said the room was not ready yet but that they would place us on a “priority list” and give us a call when it was ready. So we stored our luggage and went to kill some time. We arrived back at 3pm, the original check in time, and were told that our room just needed to be ‘inspected’. So we sat in the lobby and waited for almost two hours for our room to be ready, until we couldn’t anymore as we had a reservation. I asked the front desk if there was an ETA on the room and they said they could not provide one, but they would call and email me once the room was available. So we stored our luggage again and left. We did not receive a call or email at all letting us know our room was ready. We were finally able to check in around 9pm when we got back to the hotel. Hotel was a little dated but was very nice. Room was clean. Food and activities very close. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

I requested early check in more than two weeks in advance and was only notified the morning of my flight into NYC that my request would not be accommodated and that I wouldn't receive an email with my check in information until 4 pm, which I ended up never receiving at all and I had to call to get checked in, in the end I didn't get checked into my room until after 6PM. The check in and check out process is remote and completely separate from any on-site staff. As for the room itself, it was nice, clean, and pretty much as shown online.

You book this hotel for the location. Amenities, service are ok. People are friendly and willing to help but some thing are just the way they are. AC don’t work all the time, when it did it produced a high pitched noise, there was this flashing light right above the bed that was seemingly random in its blinking pattern sometimes really bright other times not noticeable. Our first room had a view of construction equipment, second room on floor 10 was a lot better. TV stopped working after first night, two asks to fix nothing changed. It was really nice to be able to drink from the taps in the bathroom.
